After training with internationally renowned experts in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dr. Feeney has become an expert in her own right. She has presented at national and international conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals, and conducted trainings on trauma treatment after 9/11. Dr. Feeney was a fellow at the Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Program of the prestigious Payne Whitney Clinic at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Weill Cornell Medical College). She trained at the VA New Jersey Health Care System, where she provided trauma therapy to veterans. She is also experienced in treating trauma in police officers, firefighters, and other first responders.
