Mr. Rasp has been practicing meditation for more than 15 years, primarily in the Buddhist Vipassana tradition. His teachers have included meditation luminaries Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg, and Jack Kornfield. He completed training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn's renowned Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. At Summit Psychological Services, Mr. Rasp trains individuals, couples, and groups in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, mindfulness meditation, mindful living, and mindful parenting and relationships. A life coach, he guides his clients toward living the mindful life, which fosters calm, clarity of mind, and fulfillment. Mr. Rasp serenely and peacefully walks the path he illuminates for others.
