“Nothing is more exciting or rewarding than helping my clients feel better about themselves, their lives, and their relationships. My approach to therapy is positive and affirmative. Clients find my style refreshing and innovative, as I pull from disciplines incorporating mind, body, and spiritual work. Research and experience have shown routinely practicing these disciplines can lead to inner peace and centeredness. I’m inspired by Desmond Tutu’s quote ‘Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.’”
